Purpose of this page: This is not a financial plan — it's a working capture of strategic thinking on income diversification beyond the existing capital roadmap (see 150K Passive Income tab). The 150K page tracks what existing capital can yield. This page tracks a separate question: how existing skills, content, and platforms — teaching, writing, PRISM, the IBKR system — can be repackaged for leveraged, lower-touch income without abandoning the work itself.
1

There Is No True Zero-Touch

Every income model carries an unavoidable maintenance floor. The realistic goal is minimising that floor relative to income — not eliminating it.

2

Where LLM Automation Actually Closes the Gap

The maintenance floor above is exactly where LLM/agent automation is strongest — on repeatable, rules-based tasks. This converts "low-touch" into something closer to "no-touch" by replacing the human bottleneck with an agent loop.

3

Leverage the Creation, Not the Delivery

The realistic 10–20x multiplier doesn't come from a brand-new passive vehicle — it comes from selling the same unit of created work more times, in more formats, to more people than the original audience (56+17 students).

4

Making Existing Capital Work Harder

General information, not financial advice. The standard levers for capital efficiency, separate from the business/content angle above:

5

Candidate Pilots — Not Yet Decided

Nothing below is committed. These are the live options as of this discussion, to be scoped as a minimal pilot before any full build.

Decision rule going forward: scope a one-page or single-automation pilot first for whichever direction is chosen, before any multi-page build-out — keeps both risk and cost low until the model is validated.
6

Current Earned Income Baseline — The Number To Shrink

This is the counterpoint to everything above: actual hours-for-pay teaching income, tracked explicitly so its decline (ideally to zero) can be measured against the passive-income buildout on the 150K Passive Income tab. As of TR3 2026, this is still the load-bearing income source.

Monthly Equivalent = total trimester pay ÷ 10 weeks × 4.348 (average weeks/month) — i.e. what the trimester income works out to per calendar month if spread evenly, not an actual monthly payment schedule (payment timing depends on JCU's own pay run dates).

🎯 Goal: this baseline (S$18,720 / 144 hrs for TR3 2026) is the figure to watch trend downward across future trimesters as passive income (bonds, dividends, the 150K roadmap) takes over more of total income. Detailed class schedule to be added once provided, to enable week-by-week / pay-period tracking rather than just the trimester total.
